This Service Agreement sets out the terms under which GoesOT, operated from Brazil, provides access to the GoesOT game service, website, accounts, launcher, client software, updates, and related online services. By creating an account, downloading the client, accessing the game, or using any related service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
You must be legally permitted to use online entertainment services in your country of residence. If you are under the legal age required in your jurisdiction, you may only use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The GoesOT client, launcher, game service, website, and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GoesOT makes reasonable efforts to maintain a stable and secure service, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent access, or compatibility with every device, system, network, or third-party software.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account. GoesOT will never ask for your password outside the official login process. Account sharing, unauthorized access, automation, abuse, exploitation of bugs, fraud, chargeback abuse, or any conduct that harms the service or other players may result in restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination of access.
Game content, account data, characters, items, progress, balances, and virtual benefits are part of the online service and do not represent physical property or financial instruments. GoesOT may adjust, restore, remove, rebalance, or reset game content when necessary for security, technical integrity, abuse prevention, maintenance, or fair gameplay.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoesOT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of access, loss of virtual items, downtime, technical failures, network issues, account sanctions, gameplay changes, or maintenance interruptions.
While using GoesOT, you must comply with the game rules, website policies, and any instructions published by the administration team. Failure to follow these rules may result in account penalties, removal of content, service restrictions, or termination of access without prior notice.
GoesOT may update this Service Agreement from time to time to reflect technical, legal, operational, or gameplay changes. Continued use of the service after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
