Extended terms for paid services, VIP and coins

- VIP time, coins, account services, webshop products and similar benefits are digital service features for GoesOT accounts.
- Delivery depends on the payment method, fraud checks, server availability and correct account information.
- Purchasing a paid service does not grant ownership of game data, characters, items or server infrastructure.
Refunds and Chargebacks
- Completed digital deliveries are generally final unless required otherwise by applicable law or a payment provider decision.
- Unauthorized payments, fraud, payment disputes or chargebacks can result in account restrictions while the case is reviewed.
- If a paid benefit is removed because of abuse, rule violation or fraud, the related account may lose access to that benefit.
Character Bazaar and Market Systems
- Use only the official systems for character auctions, bids, account services and paid transfers.
- Attempting to manipulate bids, payments, character data or market results can lead to cancellation and punishment.
- Market availability, fees, restrictions and eligible characters can change for security and gameplay balance.
