Game rules and player conduct guidelines

- Respect other players and staff. Harassment, threats, hate speech and impersonation are not allowed.
- Character names, guild names, comments and public messages must not be offensive, misleading or used to advertise other services.
- Staff decisions may be reviewed through support, but public abuse or false reports can lead to restrictions.
Fair Play
- Botting, macro use, automation, exploit abuse and manipulation of game systems are forbidden.
- Report bugs privately through support tickets. Do not share, sell or repeatedly use exploits.
- Using alternate accounts to bypass punishments, market restrictions or event limits is not allowed.
Account Safety
- You are responsible for your account, password, e-mail and recovery information.
- Do not share accounts. Items, characters or coins lost through account sharing may not be restored.
- Trades outside official game and website systems are at your own risk and may be treated as rule violations.
